RECIPES

Vanilla pudding
Yield: 6 unidades de 500 g.

INGREDIENTS
RAMGRAS Margerine
400 gr.
Whole Milk (I)
75 cc.
Butter artificial flavor
25 cc.
Yellow food coloring
2 cc.
Sugar
500 gr.
Eggs
500 gr.
0000 Flour
900 gr.
Corn starch
175 gr.
Baking powder
40 gr.
Salt
10 gr.
Whole milk (II)
400 cc.
Vanilla extract
60 cc.

PREPARATION

To make the batter, place in a heavy duty mixer the margerine and start mixing at a low speed. Pour the whole milk, the butter artificial flavor and the yellow food coloring.
Add the sugar to the batter and start mixing on a medium speed until you get a creamy texture.
Slowly add the beaten eggs, one by one, until you get a homogeneous dough.
After this, add the dry ingredients that have been previously mixed and sieved (flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt and incorporate on a slow speed.
Immediately afterwards,pour the milk (II) and the vanilla extract and just mix for one minute.
Transfer the cake mixture to a previously greased and lined loaf tin.

El batido está listo para colocar en moldes de budín acondicionados para facilitar el desmolde. 
Place in a180°C oven for around 40 minutes.
